Vondelpark Heron

For months and months I believed the heron birds in Amsterdam were blue crane birds 😂 The blue crane is South Africa's national bird, so I thought it was so strange that I was seeing more blue crane's in Amsterdam than I ever did in South Africa. Google set the record straight eventually (after I've told a few people back home about the blue crane birds hahaha). This HERON was chilling on a tree stump in Vondelpark. I took so many photo's of him and he didn't flinch a tiny bit - almost as if he was waiting for me to get the perfect shot.
